Codex Giga is a collaborative work between Italy’s Lorenzo Abattoir and legendary UK project Satori.
Shards of noisy textures that can be both delicate and abrasive at times are appropriately blended with very deep drones and death industrial landscapes.
Satori, continuing a project started in the 80’s by founding member Dave Kirby brings an onslaught of industrial, pounding drums and a dystopian vision of a world committed to destroying itself.
Lorenzo Abattoir is an Italian-based sound artist and audio engineer from Torino.
A key element of his work is the relationship between spiritual practices and unusual methods of audio processing"
